Junior Product Manager

SaaSJet is a Ukrainian IT product company that has turned from a startup to a competitive player in the market of internal management optimization apps.

Some of them: Forbes, Rakuten, Grammarly, Smartthings, Raiffeisen Bank, Teva.

Every day, we work on creating new products and optimizing existing ones. A key direction of SaaSJet’s growth is R&D, where we launch new products and ensure their further product development after release.

Due to the expansion of SaaSJet’s R&D direction, we are looking for a Product manager to join the team and be responsible for the ongoing development of newly created products. The role involves working with launched MVPs and early-stage products: analyzing user feedback and product metrics, prioritizing product development, improving functionality, collaborating with engineering teams, and preparing products for scaling in the global market

Requirements:

• English level not lower than B2
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in successful software implementation together with a development team
• Understanding of how SaaS models work
• Ability to write clear task requirements with expected outcomes
• Confident user of Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Ability to deliver functional presentations during video calls with developers and clients
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for software products
• Ability to gather product requirements through interviews
• Ability to describe Buyer and User Personas
• Understand the principles behind AI solutions, including LLMs, their capabilities, and limitations

Desired skills:

• Experience working with Replit and Figma Make for prototyping and rapid idea validation
• Strong technical background
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders from different countries and cultures
• Understanding of customer support team principles and workflows
• Understanding of the basics of digital marketing
• Experience working in a B2C environment

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working in the medical/healthcare industry
