Chief Commercial and Operations Officer (iGaming / Sportsbook)

We develop a B2B sportsbook platform for iGaming, built on proprietary algorithms, machine learning, and Big Data.
The product already has strong commercial interest and is entering the stage of first live launches.
In parallel, we are building an end-to-end iGaming ecosystem (sportsbook, casino, payments, white-label solutions).

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in iGaming / Sportsbook
  • Proven track record of P&L ownership and scaling B2B products
  • Experience building an operating model from scratch
  • Hands-on experience taking deals all the way to live, not stopping at LOIs or pilots
  • Strong C-level negotiation skills (commercials, risks, long-term strategy)
  • Ability to sell business value, not just product features
  • Confident working both in market-facing and process/control modes
  • Strong expertise in building teams, processes, and scalable infrastructure
  • Clear understanding of B2B marketing and PR in iGaming
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including Schengen countries
  • Long-term mindset โ€” seeing this role as a business ownership opportunity, not a short-term position.

 

Responsibilities:

     Commercial & Growth:

  • Define and execute the B2B commercial strategy for the sportsbook product
  • Sell API-based solutions and manage C-level deals with operators and platforms
  • Develop pricing models and manage commercial P&L
  • Ensure quality and sustainability of the client portfolio

    Operations & Governance:

  • Own the end-to-end operating model: from lead and deal to launch, billing, and retention
  • Formalize processes, SLAs, and operational KPIs; optimize time-to-launch
  • Manage contracts, licensing, and regulatory aspects in cooperation with legal teams
  • Oversee commercial and financial infrastructure in collaboration with product, finance, and support
  • Control billing, revshare reporting, unit economics, and margins

    Marketing & PR:

  • Define B2B positioning and value proposition
  • Support sales with product packaging, cases, and presentations
  • Lead generation and account-based marketing
  • Strategy for presence at key iGaming events and partner engagement
  • Manage the B2B brand and company reputation
  • Work with industry media and PR partners

    Team Leadership:

  • Lead commercial, operations, and marketing teams
  • Build structure, KPIs, and incentive systems
  • Hire key roles.
