Skrooge.AI is democratizing CFO-level financial expertise for the 600k SMEs market in the UAE. By combining AI automation with seasoned finance professionals, we deliver enterprise-quality bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services at SME prices. We already have 70 recurring paid SME clients with $4k ARPU and 7 internal accountants heavily using the platform – this is not a prototype stage.

We are looking for a senior designer who can own the entire design vision and execution - someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to shape a product from the ground up.

What We're Looking For

1. 4+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated ownership of a product 
2. Self-directed expertise: You don't need instructions on how to design - you identify opportunities and execute. You can handle rejection and improve with a limited feedback
3. Startup mindset: Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration (shipping new features weekly), and wearing multiple hats
4. User research skills: Experience conducting research and translating insights into design improvements.
5. Systems thinking: Ability to create scalable design solutions (from scratch) for a growing product
6. AI curiosity: Experience with or enthusiasm for designing AI-powered interfaces. Usage of AI tools for designing images and animation
7. English proficiency: B2 or higher
8. Bonus points for experience with:
   1. Financial services or B2B SaaS
   2. Product for multiple user personas
   3. Portfolio showing iterative improvement of products over time
