Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and shape the user experience of our learning platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and content creators to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance learning outcomes. The ideal candidate combines creativity with usability, ensuring designs are visually engaging and aligned with user needs.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Maintain consistency in design language across web and mobile platforms.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in EdTech and e-learning.
• Work with the product team to optimize user journeys, focusing on accessibility and engagement.
   

Key Areas of Expertise

• Apply a user-centered design approach, aligning with engineers, product managers, and customer success to solve real user pain points.
• Design intuitive, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex information and enhance user trust.
• Build prototypes and iterate using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, refining based on feedback and usability testing.
• Conduct usability tests, track UX metrics (e.g., task success, feature adoption), and optimize designs using user behavior insights.
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoff, maintaining style guides and design systems.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends (AI/ML, AR/VR, accessibility), while applying ethical and inclusive design practices.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (web and mobile).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in educational platforms, SaaS, or e-learning products is a plus.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
