Product Marketing Manager (Junior) to $300

Role: Product Marketing & Content Manager (Part-Time, 2–4 hrs/day)

 

Primary Goal
Create and share valuable, engaging content that educates users, strengthens our brand, and communicates why our product is valuable to the market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Content Creation & Improvement
  • Produce content for websites, social media, emails, and other marketing channels aligned with marketing plans and strategies.
  • Enhance existing content by adding research, insights, practical examples, or other valuable details.
  • Create a variety of content formats: blog posts, articles, guides, social media posts, visuals, and videos.
  1. Marketing Channels & Campaigns
  • Develop and manage current marketing channels while launching new ones.
  • Monitor campaign performance and user engagement, and suggest improvements for messaging, topics, or delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and QA teams to understand the product, target market, and customer personas to refine messaging and offers.
  1. Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, etc.) to assess content performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  1. SEO & Digital PR
  • Apply on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimization.
  • Work with digital PR sources to gain mentions and backlinks for company projects.
  • Ensure content follows SEO principles and schema markup standards where relevant.
  1. Collaboration & Adaptability
  • Work closely with the founder and marketing/product teams to plan content, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude: no task is too small to make an impact.

     

Requirements

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher; able to clearly communicate ideas in writing and verbally.
  • Team player capable of working independently without micromanagement.

     

Schedule

  • 3–4 hours/day, flexible across Mon–Fri.
  • Quick response to emails/messages (within 24h).
  • Weekly check-in meeting with founder/marketing team.
