What a Project Manager does at Cleveroad:
- Manages the project across all SDLC stages.
- Owns scope, time and quality.
- Works with risks, dependencies, and change management.
- Acts as the main point of communication for the client.
Your key responsibilities:
- Managing IT projects (web and mobile).
- Planning and controlling deadlines and scopes.
- Running client demos.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Dev, Design, DevOps).
- Ensuring delivery quality and outcomes.
- Managing risks and changes.
What you’ll be working with:
- PMI artifacts: Project Plan, WBS, Status Reports, Change Log, Risk Log.
- Contracts: Fixed Price, Time & Material.
- Methodologies: Scrum / Kanban.
- Planning and reporting tools.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
- Strong practical understanding of SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum.
- Experience working with project management artifacts.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, plans, and status reports.
- Client-facing communication experience.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
