About the Project
Reluvia is a consumer mobile app in the emotional wellness / self-care niche.
It helps people better understand their emotions, notice patterns, and feel more balanced day to day through short, calming, habit-friendly interactions.

Your Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Build and maintain the product roadmap together with the CEO.
- Translate user insights and data into clear product hypotheses and fast experiments.
- Prioritize initiatives that improve retention, ARPU, and LTV.
Product Development
- Own features end-to-end: idea โ build โ launch โ iterate.
- Optimize onboarding and core user flows.
- Build features that attract creators and increase user engagement.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Analyze retention, habit loops, and monetization funnels.
- Run A/B tests and continuously improve experiment win-rate.
- Set up and maintain product metrics and dashboards.
- Deep-dive into analytics to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with analytics, UX/UI, marketing, and engineering teams across the full product lifecycle.
- Align product decisions with business and financial goals.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience with consumer mobile apps (iOS / Android) is required.
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests and product experiments.
- Strong market and user research skills.
- Solid understanding of product and business metrics and unit economics.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend ideas.
- Self-driven, decisive, flexible, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.
