- Planning and optimizing mobile radio coverage
- Designing resilient RAN architectures for high-availability networks
- Troubleshooting and improving network performance under real-world constraints
- Working with major telecom vendors and large infrastructure programs
- Supporting networks that must remain operational in adverse conditions
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in Radio Access Networks
- Hands-on experience with LTE and/or 5G RAN
- Ability to work on large, complex, real-world networks
- Experience in critical infrastructure, public safety, or large national deployments is a strong plus
- Based in Ukraine or able to work locall
