Role overview

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across multiple channels with a strong focus on measurable business results. This role owns performance strategy, budget efficiency, analytics, and continuous optimization to drive qualified leads, sales, and revenue growth.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop data-driven media strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve target CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and test funnels, creatives, audiences, and landing page strategies in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance at scale.
  • Work closely with sales, SEO, and content teams to ensure full-funnel alignment.
  • Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain clear documentation, reports, and performance forecasts.
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or Paid Media Specialist.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Solid understanding of funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making based on data.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • High level of self-organization and accountability in a remote work environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
  • Background in e-commerce, lead generation, or international markets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of SEO and content performance synergy.
