Systems Administrator

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and continuously improve our infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of our systems while working closely with internal teams to deliver reliable and efficient services

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Administrator
• Hands-on experience with system updates, patching, backup, and recovery procedures
• Confident administration of Windows operating systems
• Experience with server infrastructure, virtualization, and basic database administration
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user and group management, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Understanding of cloud and on-premise environments (Microsoft Azure is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of information security principles and best practices

• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements and Information Security Management Systems

   

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues
• Manage the full lifecycle of Windows laptops and workstations, including ordering, setup, configuration, maintenance, and inventory tracking
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user and group management, RBAC, MFA, and onboarding/offboarding
• Maintain stable operation of office IT infrastructure, including networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripherals
• Ensure office IT and physical security in compliance with company policies and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures 7. 

• Work fully on-site from the office (no remote work)
