SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with over 25 years of experience, expanding its IT/OT Security business and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple regions.
Region: Ukraine, CIS countries, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe
Work format: Fully remote
Contract: With the parent company (Austria)
Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales of IT/OT Security solutions, including pre-sales activities
- Achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs (presentations, POC /pilot projects)
- Work with Enterprise customers and channel partners
- Manage deals with a long and complex sales cycle
- Collaborate with vendors and plan joint business activities
Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting in CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
- Proven hands-on experience in selling IT Security solutions
- Understanding of core IT Security solution classes
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong skills in complex B2B negotiations
- Confident presentation skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken & written)
Nice to have
- Experience working with Enterprise customers
- International sales experience
- Vendor and/or security certifications (e.g. CEH, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP)
