Head of Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Business Analysis function from scratch
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts
• Design and implement business processes that will form the foundation of the ERP system
• Ensure business processes are driven by real users and business needs
• Establish BA standards, documentation practices, and ways of working
• Act as a key partner for C-level stakeholders and ERP owners
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-friendly language

• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

   

  Requirements

• Proven experience leading a BA team or Business Analysis department
• Strong background in business analysis and process management
• Hands-on experience with BABOK
• Confident use of BPMN 2.0
• Understanding of ISА 95 standards
• Result-oriented mindset with a pragmatic approach
• Strong communication skills and experience working with C-level stakeholders

• Ability to operate in a dynamic, changing environment

  Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems implementation
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or ERP solutions
• Background in complex or regulated domains (banking, large enterprises, transformations)
