Junior/Junior+ Project Manager to $1500

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team and lead full-cycle software projects — from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles (from discovery to delivery)
• Manage priorities, timelines, and resources
• Estimate projects for new clients and define realistic roadmaps
• Communicate with customers and manage expectations clearly and transparently
• Handle risks, dependencies, and change management
• Analyze, clarify, and document requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers) using Agile methodologies — Scrum/Kanban

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in software development 
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities across multiple teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills — you’ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of how software products are built and delivered
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)
• Proficiency with JIRA / Trello / Notion
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• English — B2+
• Business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering value
