We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to work closely with our customers, help them succeed with the product, and be their main point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via chat, calls, and async messages.

• Run onboarding sessions, demos, and customer meetings.

• Review screen and call recordings to understand customer needs.

• Help customers adopt the product and get real value from it.

• Share customer feedback with Product and Sales teams.
 

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar role.

• Confident customer communication (chat & calls).

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role.

• Availability to work until 12:00 AM Kyiv time.

Nice to have:

• Experience with US-based customers.

• SaaS or startup background.
