About the role

We are looking for a Middle IT Project Manager who will take full ownership of project delivery and become a key partner for both clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end — from kickoff to delivery — working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders, with support from senior team members when needed. You won’t be “just coordinating tasks.” You’ll be responsible for timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.

Your Experience

— 3+ years of experience as a Project / Delivery Manager in the IT industry;

 — 1.5–2+ years of experience working with international clients (USA, Europe);

 — Proven experience working in cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA);

 — Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools;

 — Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);

 — Background in Design or strong experience working closely with design teams (UX/UI, product design, brand, etc.)

 — Advanced English (C1) — confident client communication, presentations, negotiations;

 — Good understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.

— Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without quality loss (typically up to 5, depending on complexity);
— Confident risk, scope, and change management;

 — Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills;

 — Ability to work with estimates, timelines, dependencies, and priorities;

 — Problem-solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations;

 — Attention to detail combined with a big-picture view;

 — Result-oriented approach and high level of self-management.

Responsibilities

— End-to-end project ownership: from kickoff to delivery and post-release support;

 — Coordination and management of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, QA, other specialists);

 — Planning, prioritization, and control of tasks for both design and development teams;

 — Close collaboration with tech leads and developers on estimates, scope, and technical constraints;

 — Control of timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers across all project stages;

 — Managing scope changes and ensuring transparent, proactive communication with clients;

 — Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships;

 — Clarifying business goals, requirements, and expectations with stakeholders;

 — Presenting design and product solutions to clients;

 — Initiating and implementing improvements in project workflows and processes;

 — Creating and maintaining project documentation and reporting.
