Business Analyst with PM experience (with relocation to Cyprus)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Project Management experience to join our team supporting a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this hybrid role, you will bridge business needs with technical execution — managing project lifecycles, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of complex healthcare software solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and cross-functional technical teams to align business objectives with project outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance within the healthcare domain.

 

Does this relate to you?

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM in IT or software product companies.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working directly with US-based clients and distributed teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ukrainian or Russian — upper-intermediate level or higher.
• English — upper-intermediate or advanced level.
   

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of US healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, EHR/EMR systems, DME/HME processes).
• Familiarity with SaaS product architecture and data integration practices.
   

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from US healthcare stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead project planning, scope definition, and delivery management, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Serve as a primary communication bridge between clients and internal delivery teams.
• Support solution design, perform impact analysis, and manage change requests.
• Identify project risks and dependencies; propose and execute mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations, compliance standards, and product quality goals.
