Role overview

The Graphic Designer creates visual materials that communicate brand values clearly and consistently across digital and print channels. The role focuses on delivering high-quality design solutions that support marketing, branding, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual designs for digital and print materials.
• Develop brand-aligned graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and advertising.
• Design marketing assets such as banners, brochures, flyers, and corporate materials.
• Prepare visuals for online campaigns and offline usage.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and resolutions.
• Prepare final files for production and publishing.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience in creating designs for digital platforms and print.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into clear visual communication.
• Attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
• Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions efficiently.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma or After Effects.
