UI/UX Product Designer

Product Manager (UI/UX + Delivery) - RWA Real Estate Tokenization Platform (B2B, Multi-tenant)
 

TokenSaver is a B2B product company building an RWA platform to tokenize real-estate assets and enable fractional investment into real estate.

We’re creating a multi-tenant platform that real-estate companies can use to tokenize and manage their own assets (Polygon as the primary network). We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can also do UI/UX - someone who can define the product, design the experience, and drive delivery with the engineering team.

This is a role for someone independent, fast, and detail-oriented, who wants real ownership.
 

What you’ll do

• Own the product end-to-end: strategy → scope → UX/UI → specs → delivery → iteration.
• Turn business goals into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Design and ship key workflows:
  • multi-tenant onboarding (real-estate companies)
  • asset / token creation & management
  • investor onboarding flows (KYC-ready UX if applicable)
  • investment / checkout UX and transaction status flows
  • admin dashboards (assets, investors, docs, approvals, payouts)
  • roles/permissions UX
• Write clear product specs: user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, empty/error states.
• Work daily with Front-end + Backend/Blockchain engineers, run sprints, prioritize backlog, unblock decisions.
• Own product quality: UX consistency, release readiness, analytics events, and feedback loop.
   

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, with strong UI/UX execution (you can design, not only manage).
• Excellent Figma skills (flows → UI → design system basics).
• Strong product thinking: prioritization, tradeoffs, and ability to simplify complex logic.
• Proven track record shipping features with engineers (web apps / B2B SaaS).
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.

• B2B SaaS experience
• Experience doing user interviews and usability testing.
