Project/Program Manager

We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate several projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the execution of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Contribute to shaping new approaches to project delivery by introducing and scaling AI-assisted generation methods.
• Participate in presale activities and proposal preparation.
• Analyze project requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into actionable plans.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and management.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Maintain and structure a pipeline of managed projects.

• Gradually assume responsibility for projects leveraging AI technologies within the company’s portfolio.

   

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge or strong interest in AI technologies is a significant plus.
