Akvelon is an international IT outsourcing company made up of several development centers that work like independent teams - each with its own recruitment, HR and operations, means also separate ATS systems. This means our recruitment teams actually compete with each other: when multiple teams are working on the same role, the one that closes it first earns the reward. We cooperate with big-name clients like Microsoft, Reddit, Dropbox, Bloomberg, and other well-known global tech companies.
 

We’re now looking for a Recruiter who has some experience in IT recruitment. The focus of this role is not sourcing, but processing candidates through complex recruitment pipelines. Since our development centers often work on similar roles, speed and efficiency matter — the faster you move, the better your results.

 

You’ll be working in an international environment, where you’ll communicate with candidates from different countries, including LATAM. Sometimes that means an early morning or a late evening interview — but on the bright side, you’ll have full control over your schedule. If you need time during the day for your own plans, that’s totally fine — as long as you’re ready to stay flexible when business needs arise.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process for candidates already in the pipeline
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews (internal technical, client, and assessment stages)
  • Handle communication with candidates across multiple projects
  • Negotiate salaries and offers
  • Keep track of progress and updates in internal systems
  • Collaborate with other recruitment teams and clients
  • Collaborate with the staffing team, Hiring and Delivery Managers

     

Requirements:

  • Working experience in IT recruitment
  • Good understanding of technical roles and how IT outsourcing companies make money
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • English - upper-intermediate or higher
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Sheets, and Google Docs is a plus
  • Flexibility to work with candidates in different time zones, including LATAM
