Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead Ukrainian projects and combine project management responsibilities with business analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ukrainian projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
• Act as a Business Analyst on projects:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources
• Coordinate work between clients, development teams, and other stakeholders
• Prepare project documentation (BRDs, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Facilitate meetings, demos, and project status reporting
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business goals and quality standards

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA role
• Proven experience managing Ukrainian (UA) projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall)
• Hands-on experience with business analysis techniques and documentation
• Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written)
• Good English (B2 or higher) for communication and documentation
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT or software development projects
• Experience working with international clients
• Certifications (PMI, Scrum, BA certifications) are a plus
