PPC, Performance Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic PPC and Performance Marketing expert to build and manage our US lead generation engine. Your core mission is not just to run ads, but to architect a connected, data-driven system across Google, social media, and other channels to generate high-quality leads for our Shopify and Magento e-commerce development and consulting services. A key part of the role involves creating and leveraging engaging, viral-style creative content to build brand interest and capture attention at the top of the funnel.Key
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Architecture: Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy for the US market. Build interconnected campaigns (search, social, display) with sophisticated remarketing/retargeting flows to guide prospects from awareness to lead.
- Campaign Management: Hands-on setup, management, and continuous optimization of campaigns in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads. Focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) efficiency and scaling volume.
- Cross-Channel Analytics: Monitor performance across all platforms. Analyze data to identify the most effective channels, ad copy, and creatives. Allocate and optimize budgets dynamically based on ROI.
- Creative & Viral Focus: Collaborate on or lead the development of high-impact ad creatives and short-form video content designed for social platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) to generate buzz and interest in our services.
- Reporting: Provide clear, actionable reports on KPIs: lead volume, CPL, conversion rates, and channel performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising budgets ($5k+/month) with a focus on B2B or professional services lead generation.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory. Portfolio of managed accounts/case studies is required.
- Demonstrated skill in building complex, multi-touch campaigns with advanced remarketing strategies.
- Experience with creative development for performance marketing. Ability to concept and brief engaging video/static ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) for data analysis and budgeting.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Direct experience marketing web development, IT services, or e-commerce solutions to a US audience.
- Experience with TikTok/FB Ads for B2С/B2B targeting.
- Basic skills in video editing or graphic design tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) to quickly iterate on creatives.
