Growth Marketing Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who owns revenue growth, not just traffic.
This role is about scaling performance channels, improving unit economics, and driving profit, not brand awareness experiments.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta)
- Manage CAC, ROAS, contribution margin
- Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, CRO
- Run structured A/B tests (ads, pages, offers)
- Work closely with Product, Dev, Analytics
- Analyze performance and make fast, data-driven decisions
Prepare forecasts, reports, and growth hypotheses
Requirements
- 3+ years in performance / growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnels, LTV
- Experience in e-commerce
- Analytical mindset (numbers > opinions)
Ownership, speed, accountability
Not a fit if:

Nice to have
- CRO & funnel optimization experience
- A/B testing frameworks
- Attribution & analytics (GA, dashboards)
