Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who owns revenue growth, not just traffic.
This role is about scaling performance channels, improving unit economics, and driving profit, not brand awareness experiments.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta)
  • Manage CAC, ROAS, contribution margin
  • Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, CRO
  • Run structured A/B tests (ads, pages, offers)
  • Work closely with Product, Dev, Analytics
  • Analyze performance and make fast, data-driven decisions
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and growth hypotheses

     

 Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance / growth marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, funnels, LTV
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Analytical mindset (numbers > opinions)
  • Ownership, speed, accountability

     

 Not a fit if:

  • you focus only on creatives / content
  • you need long approvals and bureaucracy
  • you don’t own results end-to-end

     

 Nice to have

  • CRO & funnel optimization experience
  • A/B testing frameworks
  • Attribution & analytics (GA, dashboards)
  • Scaling during peak seasons (sales, holidays)
