Project and Operations Coordinator (Security Consulting) to $1500
We are looking for a self-driven and structured Project & Operations Coordinator to support operations and client communication in a fast-paced security consulting environment.
This role requires ownership, clear communication, and the ability to work independently.
What you will do
- Own calendars, scheduling, and meeting workflows.
- Track deadlines and coordinate updates across teams and clients.
- Oversee onboarding, training programs, and operational processes.
- Communicate clearly with C-level stakeholders and engineers.
- Maintain documentation and ensure deliverables are completed.
- Manage AI assistants: delegate tasks to AI where possible, review and correct outputs, and continuously optimize operational processes using AI tools.
What we expect
You take full ownership and bring tasks to completion.
Strong follow-through and accuracy are a must — not “nice to have”.
Many tasks have a process, but some you will need to figure out yourself.
We need someone who can research, propose options, and implement solutions independently.
Clear and respectful communication is essential in this role.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years as EA, Project Coordinator, Operations Assistant, or similar.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Strong communication, structured thinking, attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision.
- Experience with Google Workspace / Jira / Notion (or similar).
Nice to have
- IT or consulting experience.
- Basic understanding of SDLC / ISO 27001 / risk management.
