ArboStar is a SaaS company that develops and sells a unique CRM system tailored specifically for the Arboriculture industry.

We are looking for a highly energetic and intelligent individual to join our team. Your role will be crucial in scaling our technical talent, directly contributing to the development of our product, and ultimately helping us make our clients happy. Responsibilities:

• Actively search for and engage candidates for IT vacancies of various levels (from junior to senior)
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
• Use various channels to source candidates, including social media, professional platforms, job boards, and other resources
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Coordinate the hiring process and candidate feedback
• Support a positive company image in the job market

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter
• Excellent knowledge of the IT talent market and modern recruitment methods
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with candidates and department heads
• Experience with various tools and platforms for candidate sourcing
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level
