Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager who can work autonomously and take full ownership of core marketing activities.
SEO and Lead Generation already have dedicated owners in our company, so this role is focused on website performance, content management, paid ads, listings, and support activities for other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Own and improve the company website: work content structure, user journey, CTAs, service pages, case studies;
 • Maintain and update company listings and catalogs (Clutch, Sortlist, etc.);
 • Manage PPC campaigns and analyze their performance;
 • Manage and coordinate a copywriter (briefs, reviews, priorities);
 • Monitor competitors and market trends;
 • Support Sales and LeadGen teams with marketing materials when needed;
 • Maintain basic SMM and participate in PR-related activities.

Requirements:
 • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager at software development company;
 • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results;
 • Strong research and analytical skills;
 • Fluent written English;
 • Understanding of outsource software development services;
 • Interest in and practical use of generative AI tools;
 • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
