Lead Generator / Lead Researcher

Kodori is a newly launched mobile development studio focused on native iOS and Android apps for established B2C businesses.
We’re looking for a Lead Generator / Lead Researcher to support early outbound efforts through careful research and first-touch outreach.

The role is focused on relevance and signal, not volume.


Responsibilities

  • Research and validate companies and decision-makers based on a defined ICP
  • Perform first outbound contact (LinkedIn / Email)
  • Bring conversations to reply or initial interest
  • Hand over relevant conversations to the founder

Scope of the role

  • Focus on lead research and first-touch outreach only
  • All further communication and discussions are handled by the founder

Requirements

  • Experience with lead research and outbound outreach 
  • Ability to work with a clearly defined ICP
  • Written English (B2)
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking

Nice to have

  • Experience with tech or digital services
  • LinkedIn-based outreach experience
