Lead Generator / Lead Researcher
Kodori is a newly launched mobile development studio focused on native iOS and Android apps for established B2C businesses.
We’re looking for a Lead Generator / Lead Researcher to support early outbound efforts through careful research and first-touch outreach.
The role is focused on relevance and signal, not volume.
Responsibilities
- Research and validate companies and decision-makers based on a defined ICP
- Perform first outbound contact (LinkedIn / Email)
- Bring conversations to reply or initial interest
- Hand over relevant conversations to the founder
Scope of the role
- Focus on lead research and first-touch outreach only
- All further communication and discussions are handled by the founder
Requirements
- Experience with lead research and outbound outreach
- Ability to work with a clearly defined ICP
- Written English (B2)
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
Nice to have
- Experience with tech or digital services
- LinkedIn-based outreach experience
