Lead Generation Specialist
AVELaunch Books creates non-fiction books “done-for-you” for experts, entrepreneurs, coaches, and consultants. We turn real-world expertise into a structured book that strengthens authority, trust, and business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Build targeted lead lists based on ICP (roles, industries, geography, decision-makers).
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email (messages, follow-ups, cadence).
- Personalize outreach and keep communication short, relevant, and conversion-focused.
- Book intro calls and support scheduling (calendars, time zones, reminders, reducing no-shows).
- Maintain clean tracking in CRM / Google Sheets (statuses, notes, next steps).
Track results and improve performance through small tests (audiences, hooks, CTAs, cadence).
What we expect:
- 1+ year in Lead Gen / SDR / Outreach (or similar).
- Hands-on LinkedIn outreach + follow-ups (cadence matters).
- Hands-on email outreach (cold emails + follow-ups; basic deliverability awareness is a plus).
- Strong prospecting skills: research, segmentation, list building, light enrichment.
- Confident with Google Sheets and/or CRM and strong data discipline.
- Languages: Ukrainian fluent, English B1 (written communication with US/UK prospects).
Comfortable with Zoom/Meet, messengers, and open to using AI tools for speed/quality.
Nice to have:
- Experience with US/UK markets.
- Apollo / Closely (or similar outreach tools).
- Understanding of MQL/SQL, lead scoring.
Ability to show results with numbers (reply/booking/show-up).
