Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for project portfolios and international brands;
• Build and manage teams of SEO specialists, team leads, and experts of various profiles;
• Optimize processes to enable scaling of the SEO direction and increase overall efficiency;
• Work with highly competitive geographies, continuously improving approaches and adapting to search engine algorithm changes;
• Collaborate with all key departments of the company to ensure effective traffic monetization.

Required Skills

• Hands-on SEO experience — from deep understanding of algorithms to technical aspects (redirects, canonicals, server responses, indexing);
• Experience in team or department management — ability to scale processes and effectively lead people;
• Experience working with large website portfolios and multi-brand structures — ability to manage multiple projects and a complex SEO ecosystem;
• Background in competitive niches, especially iGaming / casino / affiliate, where performance and results are critical;
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset combined with a realistic assessment of team resources and capabilities.
