We’re a fast-moving SaaS startup of 20 people creating an AI-powered video creation platform.

This role is ideal for a beginner who wants to step into the Hi-Tech World. You don’t need years of experience - you’ll get clear guidance and mentorship. What matters is sharp thinking, accuracy, strong organization, deep sense of ownership, hunger to learn and fast communication.

What You’ll Do

• Turn rough ideas into clear product specs and task descriptions
• Define user flows, logic, and edge cases
• Break features into clean, actionable tasks
• Drive execution by following up, unblocking people, and closing loops
• Review features for clarity, usability, and quality
• Work daily with product, design, and engineering

• Are comfortable reading, editing, and improving complex documentation
• Learn fast and aren’t afraid to dive into new tools, AI workflows, and systems

A Big Plus

• Video editing or content creation experience
  (CapCut, Canva, VEED.io, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of creator workflows: idea → edit → polish → publish
• Background in content creation, writing, QA, customer support, or support tools
• Any experience writing specs, documentation, or structured task plans
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira
• Experience with AI video tools (voiceover, subtitles, generative tools)

Must Requirements

• This is a full-time role. You are expected to dedicate 100% of your professional time and attention to the project.
• Working on other jobs, freelance work, side projects, or other focuses is not allowed
• This role requires full commitment, availability, and focus
• We move fast, and focus matters for both learning and impact
• Required availability during EST business hours, up to 3PM EST.

Compensation & Growth

We reward progress early and often. Clear, predictable growth based on performance.

• Start 1 - 3 months: $500 / month
• After 3 months: $600 / month (+100$)
• After 6 months: $700 / month (+100$)
• After 9 months: $850 / month (+150$)
• After 12 months: $1,000 / month (+150$)

Language Requirement

• Fluent English is required for communication and documentation
• Native Russian
