Middle Business Analyst

Launch Labs is an IT company focused on web and application development. We help clients turn product ideas into working solutions and support them throughout the development process. Our team has worked with well-known brands such as Nike and Rapid Replay(acquired by NBC).
 

We are looking for a Business Analyst who brings structure, clarity, and discipline to product requirements. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to make sure requirements are well-defined and documented.
 

This role is best suited for someone with a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive (Type A) personality, who is comfortable taking ownership of work and keeping things organized.
 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts (requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Facilitate and lead requirements elicitation sessions (workshops, interviews)
• Participate in testing and validation
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Advanced English level (spoken and written)
• Type A mindset: proactive, responsible, comfortable driving clarity and order
• Solid understanding of Scrum / Kanban processes
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Understanding of SDLC and release processes
• Skills to work with data and validate data to support business decisions.
