GTM Manager (Automation Specialist)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical GTM Manager to design, build, and optimize our go-to-market automation engine.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, growth operations, and systems engineering. Your mission is to turn our GTM stack into a seamless, scalable, and automated machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build complex multi-step workflows in n8n for outbound and inbound GTM processes
- Automate outbound prospecting, lead routing, and sales handoff
- Develop automated lead enrichment pipelines (scraping, verification, enrichment)
- Integrate and maintain GTM tools via REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON transformations
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot API errors, and optimize automation costs
- Set up and manage email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain rotation)
- Support scalable personalization using AI (OpenAI API) for enrichment and messaging
Technical Requirements
- Expert-level experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools:
- Apollo
- HubSpot or Salesforce
- Instantly.ai
- LinkedIn automation tools
- Experience using AI / OpenAI API for lead enrichment or personalization
- Ability to maintain and scale automation systems in production
Nice to Have
- Basic JavaScript knowledge (for n8n Function nodes)
- Background in Growth Hacking, RevOps, or Marketing Operations
Requirements
- Based in Ukraine (remote)
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
