GTM Manager (Automation Specialist)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical GTM Manager to design, build, and optimize our go-to-market automation engine.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, growth operations, and systems engineering. Your mission is to turn our GTM stack into a seamless, scalable, and automated machine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build complex multi-step workflows in n8n for outbound and inbound GTM processes
  • Automate outbound prospecting, lead routing, and sales handoff
  • Develop automated lead enrichment pipelines (scraping, verification, enrichment)
  • Integrate and maintain GTM tools via REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON transformations
  • Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot API errors, and optimize automation costs
  • Set up and manage email deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain rotation)
  • Support scalable personalization using AI (OpenAI API) for enrichment and messaging

Technical Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools:
    • Apollo
    • HubSpot or Salesforce
    • Instantly.ai
    • LinkedIn automation tools
  • Experience using AI / OpenAI API for lead enrichment or personalization
  • Ability to maintain and scale automation systems in production

Nice to Have

  • Basic JavaScript knowledge (for n8n Function nodes)
  • Background in Growth Hacking, RevOps, or Marketing Operations

Requirements

  • Based in Ukraine (remote)
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
