We’re a fast-growing digital marketing company working with clients across the US and Europe. Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager (Marketing) who can lead teams, structure chaos, and drive projects to success — with confidence in English (B2+ or higher).

✅ What We Expect from You:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferably in marketing or digital).
• English level B2+ — confident spoken and written communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to plan projects, set priorities, and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset — you see risks before they become problems.
• Experience working with international clients is a plus.

• Managing marketing projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinating marketing teams (SEO, PPC, design, content, dev).
• Communicating with clients, clarifying goals, and managing expectations.
• Creating project plans, timelines, and task breakdowns.
• Monitoring progress, budgets, and deadlines.
• Identifying risks and solving issues before they escalate.
• Improving internal processes and project workflows.
• Ensuring projects deliver real business value — not just reports.
