Financial Operations Manager (Fin/Ops Manager)

Flexifai is looking for a Financial Operations Manager (Fin/Ops Manager) to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong financial and economic knowledge who is eager to work in a dynamic environment focused on automation of financial and operational processes using ERP systems and AI tools.

We are open to students or recent graduates, provided they are available for full-time work and ready to take responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational analytics
• Prepare and maintain analytical and management reports for internal use
• Calculate and process payments to merchants and customers
• Submit and track settlement requests with the financial department
• Conduct reconciliation with counterparties, including payment providers and partners
• Monitor operational data accuracy and financial flows
• Participate in and lead automation of financial and operational routines
• Work with ERP systems and AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve efficiency and scalability

• Excellent knowledge of finance and economics
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage priorities
• Very good memory and structured thinking
• Strong motivation to work in a team-oriented, automation-focused environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Availability for full-time work (minimum 40 hours per week)

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
• Knowledge of AI tools for automation or analytics
• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Economics, Finance, or a related field

Work Schedule

• Working hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Flexible, by mutual agreement with the Manager
• Overtime: Overtime may be required to achieve specific goals and complete tasks
