What You’ll Be Driving:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and driving the overall product strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives;
Providing visionary leadership to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the organization's long-term goals; - Product Management: Overseeing a diverse features of products and ensuring that each product or feature contributes to the overall success of the business;
Making decisions about resource allocation and prioritizing projects based on strategic importance; - Market Analysis and Positioning: Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape;
Defining and refining product positioning and differentiation strategies; - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with executive leadership, marketing, sales, engineering, and other key stakeholders to align product initiatives with broader company strategies. Building and fostering strong cross-functional relationships;
- Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets for the product portfolio. Maximizing the financial performance of products and ensuring a positive return on investment;
- Innovation and Vision: Driving innovation within the product portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Maintaining a forward-thinking approach to emerging technologies and industry trends;
- Customer/Client Advocacy: Serving as the voice of the customer within the organization. Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and incorporating feedback into product development;
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to product development and market changes. Making strategic decisions to navigate uncertainties and challenges;
- Product Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. Making data-driven decisions to optimize products and features throughout their lifecycle;
- Communication and Reporting: Communicating product strategies, progress, and results to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
Providing regular reports on product performance and key metrics.
What Makes You a GR8 Fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
- 1+ years of experience in iGaming with B2B Casino or aggregation;
- Deeply understands how clients behave and why. Starts with the problem, not the solution;
- Can, with a team, identify large opportunities on an industrial scale;
- Understands how to set and quickly tests hypotheses before starting large projects;
- Understands the technical solution and can constructively criticize engineering plans;
- Knows competitors and their advantages;
- Deep expertise in your subject area (acquiring, antifraud, UX, marketing, etc.);
- Strong strategic thinking skills;
- A well-thought-out structure of metrics for the problem area. Metric tree;
- The long-term plan is tied to the structure of metrics;
- Launched more than one large/important project. 4+ experience as a PM;
- Works autonomously. Requires virtually no support within the team;
- Independently resolves problems with other teams and functions. Anticipates their appearance. Anticipates and manages side effects from team projects;
- Regularly shares the results of work and research with the company;
- Product thinking in the team at a high level;
- Helps other PMs. Can lead the PM;
- Helps at least one team outside of their area of responsibility;
- Conducts interviews with PMs, analysts, engineers, designers, and marketers. Can be an understanding leader;
- Helps in organizing some processes in the company;
- Fluency in English.
