Graphic Designer (project-based)

Weβre looking for a Graphic Designer to work on a project-based basis.
This is a flexible collaboration format - you can join projects when you have availability and interest.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop brands: logos, visual identities, and brand books.
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and channels.
- Produce digital design for SMM, presentations, marketing, and promotional materials.
- Adapt designs for different formats and platforms (posts, stories, covers, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of graphic design quality and follow brand guidelines.
- Work with client and team feedback, iterate efficiently, and refine deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with PMs and the design team - from concept to final delivery.
What is important to us?
Must have:
- Strong experience in branding and visual identity (logos, identity systems, brand books).
- Solid digital graphic design skills (SMM, marketing assets, presentations).
- Great sense of typography, composition, and color.
- Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in brand strategy.
- Background in brand positioning work.
- Ability to help shape a brand platform (values, tone of voice, archetypes).
