HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for a HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-structured HR processes across the company.
In this role, you will become a trusted partner for the HR team, owning HR operations, systems, and workflows that directly support our people and business growth.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in HR operations;
- Experience in optimization and automation of HR procedures;
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Bamboo HR: configuration of processes, administration, integration with other systems;
Strong ownership and accountability for HR processes and initiatives, with the ability to proactively drive improvements and deliver results - Experience in administration of HRM systems: working with access, alerts, and settings;
- Ability to create and design HR policies;
- Experience with analytics: collection and analysis of HR data, development of HR metrics and reports;
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Meet, etc.);
- English at Upper Intermediate level.

Experience working with Confluence
Ability to clearly formulate requirements and prepare task descriptions for technical teams (e.g., Jira tasks), ensuring smooth implementation of HR-related processes and automation.
Experience in fast-growing, structured companies.

Responsibilities:
- Automation and optimization of HR processes: construction and improvement of HR procedures to improve business efficiency;
- Core HR processes management: setting up, maintaining, and updating processes via Jira and BambooHR;
- Administration of BambooHR systems and HR projects in Jira: integration support, access settings, data synchronization;
- Management of HR policies: creating, updating, and maintaining policies;
- Analytics: data collection and analysis, tracking of key HR metrics.
