Webflow Developer (Client-First)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Webflow Developer with strong Client-First experience to build clean, scalable, and responsive websites. You will implement Figma designs end-to-end in Webflow, set up CMS structures, support website migrations, and deliver polished builds with animations and best-practice site structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Webflow websites using the Client-First framework
• Implement Figma → Webflow builds with high accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Structure pages for scalability, reusability, and consistent naming conventions
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS collections, templates, and dynamic content logic
• Implement animations and interactions (including Lottie; Spline 3D where required)
• Use Finsweet and Relume tools to accelerate builds and improve efficiency

• Handle content migrations into Webflow (pages, CMS items, assets, basic redirects)

   

• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders on UI/UX improvements and user flows
• QA across devices and browsers, and troubleshoot issues quickly

• Maintain and apply design tokens for consistency (typography, spacing, colours)

   

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Webflow development experience (Client-First required)
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design and layout systems
• Experience with Figma implementation (full-cycle workflow)
• Strong Webflow CMS experience and ability to build scalable content structures
• Experience with Webflow interactions and animations (Lottie; Spline 3D a plus)
• Ability to migrate content into Webflow and manage structured page builds
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team

• Remote role with proactive communication and reliable delivery
• Comfortable working from structured tasks (Notion/Jira/Asana) and providing weekly updates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
