Chief Business Development Officer / Chief Marketing Officer
We are looking for an experienced CBDO / CMO to lead business growth and marketing at Code Harbor outsourcing agency. This is a leadership role, not a supporting one. We expect a mindset of responsibility — a genuine willingness to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and stand behind results. You will help us systematize marketing, business development, and strategy to drive the company's growth in a controlled manner.
Experience
- 5+ years in business development, marketing, or growth roles
- Experience in web development, digital agencies, or outsourcing companies
- Proven track record of revenue or pipeline growth
- Strong English, B2 or higher (spoken and written)
Fundamentals
- Experience in B2B/В2G sales (Europe, Ukraine, North America preferred)
- Understanding how complex web services are sold
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Ability to structure marketing and business development processes
- Market and competitor research, clear positioning, differentiation, and value propositions
- Lead generation, funnels, and pipeline ownership
- Working with metrics, KPIs, and real performance data
- Ability to prioritize under limited time and resources
- Team collaboration and cross-functional leadership
Extra Credit
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries
- Practical work experience with outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
- Ownership of CRM and sales discipline
- Marketing automation and AI-driven workflows
- Launching new services, directions, or MVPs
- Strategic connections that resulted in real deals
- Public speaking, thought leadership, or content strategy

- Bring structure and predictability to company growth
- Develop the growth strategy and turn it into processes that actually work
- Reduce the founder’s involvement in growth chaos
- Identify and validate new promising opportunities & niches for Code Harbor's growth
- Practical use of AI and automation to scale efforts
- Continuous guiding and improvement of positioning, channels, marketing direction, and processes
- Build and optimize lead generation channels
- Oversee client acquisition and partnership development
- Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on data
