Head of Sales B2B SaaS/US Real Estate Market (US time zone)
We’re looking for a Head of Sales who owns revenue, not someone who just manages sales reps
This is a key leadership role in the company.
You will be responsible for revenue growth, predictability, and building a scalable sales system for the US market.

We operate in the US market, helping real estate investors connect with motivated homeowners, and we’re building an ecosystem of products and services for real estate professionals
The company is in an active growth phase, transitioning from “sales by effort” to “sales by system”
Your Area of Responsibility
- Full ownership of the company’s B2C revenue
- Revenue planning, execution, and forecasting (monthly / quarterly)
- Building and optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel:
Lead → Demo → Deal → Retention / Expansion - Improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
- Managing sales cycle length and average deal size
📊 Unit Economics
Ownership of key metrics:
- ARPU / LTV
- Revenue churn
- CAC (in collaboration with Marketing)
- Driving upsell and expansion revenue.
👥 Sales Team
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Sales Reps and SDRs
- Building sales playbooks, scripts, and standards
🧠 Strategy
- Defining sales strategies for different products and customer segments
- Shaping ICP, pricing logic, and packaging together with Product and Marketing
- Feeding market insights back into the product
