Lead Generation Manager
Uvik Software is a growing software development company with an international client base. We build long-term partnerships by delivering reliable technical support and software services for businesses worldwide.
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Manager (Middle—Senior level) who understands how IT services are sold, knows how to identify real business needs, and can turn research into qualified sales opportunities.
What you’ll do:
- Build and execute lead generation strategies for IT support and technical services (Helpdesk, L1/L2/L3 support, Support-as-a-Service).
- Identify companies with an active or upcoming need for external technical support.
- Research and segment target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, AngelList, TechCrunch, Xing, and similar platforms.
- Use automation and enrichment tools to scale outreach while keeping lead quality high.
- Maintain and enrich lead databases in HubSpot.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align ICPs, messaging, and qualification criteria.
- Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve lead generation funnels.
What we’re looking for: - 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation (Middle / Senior level).
- Hands-on experience in companies offering IT services or technical support (Helpdesk, MSPs, SaaS support, outsourcing, Support-as-a-Service).
- Strong understanding of how businesses buy technical support and IT services.
Confident user of:
- LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
- Apollo, AngelList, TechCrunch, Xing
- Lemlist, LinkedHelper, Snov.io, Phantombuster (or similar tools)
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Strong written communication skills (email, LinkedIn, outreach copy).
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with metrics and funnels.
- English level B2+ (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience working with outsourced IT support / MSP models.
- Understanding of ICP definition, account-based lead generation, and trigger-based outreach.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams
