About AIR Brands
For over 10 years, we’ve been helping brands grow — by building branded YouTube channels, managing influencer collaborations, and distributing content across various platforms, including Reddit.

We’re now looking for an experienced PPC specialist to focus on video advertising, primarily on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Hard Skills:

- Create, analyze, launch, moderate, and live change an advertising campaign (Lead)

- Create geo media plans (Shift up to 30%)

- Create LookerStudio, Google Sheets reports

- Analyze niches, keywords, CPVs, and performance metrics

- Create advertising strategies based on niche, geo, product, etc

- Keywords search (Junior-Middle level - without SEO team is a must)

- Multisteaming Ad Campaigns moderation, leading, competing in time (Up to 20-30 active accounts)

- Ability to create heavy, multilevel Ad strategies with A/B integrated tools

- Ability to see the correlation between irregular changes, price movements, etc

- At least 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads Campaign (Experience in YouTube campaigns is a must) and Meta Ads Campaign (more 1 years), Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads

- Advanced user: Google Search, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google GTM, Looker Studio, SEO (Ahrefs, Google Ads Key Words, Google Trends, etc)

- At least 10-20K$ total monthly Ad campaign budget

- Experience with different GEOs (US, Europe, Asia is required)

- Advanced Google Search user (Use cases will be required)

- Google Ads Certifications

 

Soft skills:

- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must

- Digital geek (Active users of iPhone, Android, Telegram Channels, Web platforms, etc)

- Analytical mindset

- Team-oriented professional with the ability to build and lead a strong team

 

Would be a plus:

- Experience working with YouTube channels developed both organically and through paid traffic

- Proven track record of running PPC campaigns in English-speaking markets

- Experience across various niches, from branded channels to media projects

- Strong ambition to build a team and take on a team lead position
