We are a fast-growing fund of e-commerce brands operating in the Health & Wellness niche on the U.S. market.
Our portfolio includes subscription-based, superfood-focused brands that support gut health, liver health, immunity, and overall metabolism.
As we scale multiple brands, we’re expanding our team and building strong internal people processes.

📃 About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter to support hiring across our portfolio of e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow beyond recruitment and develop into an HR Manager as the company scales.

What You’ll Do
✔️ Own the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → interviews → offers) 
✔️ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs 
✔️ Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach 
✔️ Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit 
✔️ Maintain a positive candidate experience 
✔️ Support onboarding and basic HR-related processes 
✔️ Help improve hiring workflows as the company scales 

What We’re Looking For 
🔹 1+ year of recruiting experience in E-commerce (U.S. market) 
🔹 Understanding of e-commerce roles (marketing, Amazon, operations, etc.) 
🔹 English level B2+ 
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills 
🔹 Comfortable working remotely and independently
