Business Analyst (Fintech)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support our journey toward scalable, data-driven financial transformation. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, turning complex financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Develop and support strategies to optimize financial processes, systems, and reporting

Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and key stakeholders

Support financial transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects from analysis to implementation

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose data-backed improvements

Stay up to date with industry best practices, financial regulations, and emerging technologies

Provide analytical support and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with transformation goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Financial Analyst, ideally in financial services or consulting

Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including ERP platforms (Oracle NetSuite is a plus)

Knowledge of financial reporting standards and end-to-end finance workflows

Experience with project management methodologies and tools; ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive meaningful insights

Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications

Experience with visualization and modeling tools (Visio, Figma, etc.)

Exposure to large-scale financial transformation or digital finance projects
