Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Project

We are a product-driven company building a live commercial product with real users.
The project is in an active growth phase — new features, scaling, and architectural improvements.

We are looking for a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership and actively contribute to technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Work on frontend features and integrations
• Participate in architectural and technical decisions
• Optimize performance and code quality
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members when needed

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5+ years of commercial development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Backend frameworks: Django / FastAPI / Flask
• Frontend experience with React Nuxt
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Understanding of software architecture and best practices
• Experience with Git and Docker
• Experience working with AdTech systems and managing advertising logic in code (ad delivery, tracking, integrations, business rules)

Nice to have:

• Async Python, background jobs (Celery, asyncio)
• Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with scalable or high-load systems
• AdTech domain knowledge: ad serving platforms, tracking pixels, attribution, RTB, integrations with ad networks or DSP/SSP
