Linkbuilder TeamLead (Outreach Specialist) to $1500
We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company offering proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity.
We’re now expanding our SEO team and looking for an experienced Linkbuilder TeamLead who can strengthen our backlink profile, scale outreach efforts, and support our organic growth across Tier1.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Searching for and selecting donor websites based on predefined SEO criteria
- Communicating with webmasters to negotiate placements
- Preparing, adapting, and submitting content for link placements.
- Maintaining reports & monitoring indexing of placed backlinks.
Managing team of 3 linkbuilders (help them reach KPI targets)
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of hands-on link-building and outreach experience (in product companies).
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Ability to decompose department strategy into individual tasks for specific link builders.
• Ability to present and argue results to stakeholders (Head of SEO, Product Owner).
• Proven success working with international markets, especially the US and EU.
• English at B1+ level for handling communication during outreach.
• Practical understanding of acquiring backlinks through guest posts, forums, Q&A sites, and other outreach channels.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating donor sites and checking domain authority, relevance, and quality.
• Solid understanding of core SEO principles and best practices.
• Confidence using Ahrefs, Semrush, Hunter.io, or similar tools.
• Experience working with email marketing and outreach automation tools.
• Excellent self-organization and the ability to manage several tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Task delegation and KPI monitoring (link volume plans, budget adherence, quality standards).
