Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will act as the communication and process bridge between internal teams, external marketing contractors, and our marketing agency.
This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role for someone who enjoys structuring complex setups, aligning multiple stakeholders, and improving marketing operations with modern tools — including AI.
What You’ll Do
Coordination Between Stakeholders (Group → Agency → Contractors)
Act as the primary Marketing Coordinator across Astecture Group
Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams, the marketing agency, and freelancers
Monitor task execution in line with agreements, priorities, and deadlines
Provide contractors and agency partners with timely input, context, and clear requirements
Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate them to leadership when needed
Marketing Operations & Process Building
Set up and maintain effective communication and reporting flows between stakeholders
Support the implementation of new marketing tools, including AI-powered solutions
Build and maintain documentation, guidelines, and internal marketing workflows
Help bring structure and transparency to ongoing marketing activities across the Group
Market Research & Trend Monitoring
Track new marketing tools, SMM formats, and AI-driven solutions
Monitor competitors and relevant industry trends
Proactively suggest improvements and innovative approaches for Group brands
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital project management, or related roles
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working in structured, coordination-heavy environments
Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and modern marketing workflows
Curiosity and openness to new technologies and AI tools
Ability to mediate between multiple stakeholders with clarity, ownership, and diplomacy
Nice to Have
Experience collaborating with marketing agencies or freelancers
SMM knowledge (LinkedIn / Facebook content processes & best practices)
Interest in employer branding or talent marketing
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools
Experience in B2B, tech, or SaaS environments
