Marketing Account Manager (SEO skills)

  • Manage end-to-end execution of Local SEO projects.
  • Translate client goals and SEO strategy into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
  • Assign tasks to SEO specialists, content writers, and developers in tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Monitor daily progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and according to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project check-ins and status updates with the Account Manager.
  • Review SEO deliverables (on-page, off-page, and local SEO work) before sending them to the client.
  • Ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations (GMB optimization, citations, technical fixes, content updates, etc.).
  • Analyze project performance metrics and collaborate with the team to improve efficiency.
  • Identify potential issues or delays early and propose effective solutions.
  • Prepare internal progress reports and support client reporting together with the Account Manager.
  • Conduct training sessions for the SEO team and keep them up to date with the latest trends.
