About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading startup and AI-driven projects.

This is a senior, hands-on role focused on execution, ownership, and delivery. You will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working directly with founders, executives, and technical teams to turn strategy into shipped products.

Experience in AI, SaaS, data platforms, or automation-heavy environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects, from discovery through launch and scaling.

Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.

Drive execution in fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environments.

Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and priorities simultaneously.

Cross-Functional Management

Coordinate engineering, AI/ML, product, design, and business teams.

Act as the central point of accountability for project outcomes.

Remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Strategy, Reporting & Optimization

Translate business and product goals into actionable delivery plans.

Provide clear, executive-level status updates, risks, and forecasts.

Continuously improve delivery processes, velocity, and team efficiency.

Ensure strong documentation, clarity, and operational discipline.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in startups or high-growth technology companies.

Proven experience delivering AI, data, SaaS, or automation projects.

Strong understanding of agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience working directly with founders, CTOs, and senior stakeholders.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes under uncertainty.

Strong English communication skills.

Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
