Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD/PRD/user stories).
- Convert business needs into clear technical tasks with acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate communication between product, engineering, compliance, and external partners.
- Plan and manage delivery: scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
- Coordinate integrations with banks, payment providers, KYC/AML services, and third-party APIs.
- Ensure documentation quality: process flows, BPMN/UML diagrams, integration specs.
- Track KPIs, report delivery status, and proactively resolve blockers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Delivery role in software.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
- Ability to write structured requirements and specifications (user stories, use cases).
- Experience working with technical teams (backend, integrations, QA, DevOps).
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated products.
- Knowledge of payment flows, reconciliation, risk & fraud.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, BPMN/UML.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
