Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Collect, analyse, and document business requirements (BRD/PRD/user stories).
  • Convert business needs into clear technical tasks with acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate communication between product, engineering, compliance, and external partners.
  • Plan and manage delivery: scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
  • Coordinate integrations with banks, payment providers, KYC/AML services, and third-party APIs.
  • Ensure documentation quality: process flows, BPMN/UML diagrams, integration specs.
  • Track KPIs, report delivery status, and proactively resolve blockers.

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Delivery role in software.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
  • Ability to write structured requirements and specifications (user stories, use cases).
  • Experience working with technical teams (backend, integrations, QA, DevOps).
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or regulated products.
  • Knowledge of payment flows, reconciliation, risk & fraud.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, BPMN/UML.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
